About
I have received the bachelor in computer sciences at the Politecnico di Milano. During the bachelor, i have spent six months at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands, where for the first time I came in touch with computer vision during an hands-on project. The enthusiasm for vision and perception in general, led me to continue my studies with the European Master on Advanced RObotics (EMARO), in a double degree program shared between the Ecole Centrale de Nantes and Universitá degli studi di Genova. During the Master I have studied a wide range of topics related to robotics such as vision, machine learning, mechanics, control and others. I am currently a PhD student at Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia under the iCub Facility, working to apply machine learning techniques to event-driven cameras on the iCub humanoid robot.
