Federico Allione is a postdoctoral researcher at the Exoskeletons Lab (XoLab) at the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Genova, Italy. He received his Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Robotics from IIT and the University of Genova in 2024 under the supervision of Prof. Roy Featherstone and Prof. Darwin Caldwell. He has an M.Sc. in Mechatronic Engineering (2018) and a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering (2016) from Politecnico di Torino. His research interests include exoskeletons, artificial intelligence, and robotics.
